Refunds will only be issued if a product from the store is defective or, in the case of the studio, service is not received according to the terms outlined in my studio policies. As per the studio policy, cancellations will still be charged unless 24 hours' notice is given. Cancellation of a store product order will be honored until the item has entered the possession of the customer.
Orders will be fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt of payment if items are in stock. Shipping is not provided; all items are for local pickup, with the exception of McCook, Southwest, and Cambridge Public School orders. Order will be delivered to those schools within 2 school days of receipt of payment if items are in stock.
